Can I become involved in the decision making of the Management Company, to include income and expenditure decisions?
For the majority of developments the answer is yes and we would like you to do so. If the Management Company is a Limited Company you will need to become a Director. We can forward an application form on request. The Directors meet to provide this office with our instructions. Decisions taken may include the selection of contractors and the frequency of service provision.
